當一天小老闆-- 芬蘭開啟的Restaurant Day

在芬蘭首都Helsinki在政府的支持下，在每年選四天進行「開一天餐廳」的餐廳日活動。這一天，各個城市中的居民，不管是做菜、泡咖啡、下午茶或者任何食物，都可以在住家附近擺上一張長桌當一天的餐飲老闆。其他居民則趁著周末踏青前來，分享各家的好手藝。這個活動截至2016年2月21日當天，有29個國家1245個城市同步參與。另外為確保各地活動順利進行，有一組常駐的工作團隊負責背景工作。但計畫主持表示，這個活動最大的意義就是上市民自主組織並參與在彼此的生活中。
