美食科技大學：Università degli Studi di Scienze Gastronomiche ( University of Gastronomic Sciences)

摘要：

University of Gastronomic Sciences(UNISG )於2004年，由國際非營利組織Slow Food與義大利 regions of Piedmont and Emilia-Romagna創立，為私利非營利機構。
其目標是建立對農作、保護生態多樣性的研究與教育中心，以及美食烹飪與農業科技的有機關係。該機構認為下一代美食家，將包含教育、創新、媒體、行銷、財團經理、企業與旅遊等不同領域。學生與畢業生則來自全球各地，目前已超過2000名。
