The fruit of collaboration between local government and private partners in the sustainable development community case study: county Valcea

The present research aims to establish and to shape the local government involvement in sustainable community development, it aims at re-elected people's opinions about problems and potential solutions, both short and long term sustainability. In this difficult time, tried by the economic crisis requires a partnership between the citizens of each community, private sector and local government to ensure sustainable development of each county in hand, and to ensure a decent population. This scientific approach, without intending to limit the approach as a process of local development, refers to two related areas of analysis: economic and administrative. Therefore, the authors proposed a study of administrative and economic dimensions that manifest in the development processes of all communities, especially qualified their research in conducting a case study Valcea. They applied a questionnaire to 250 people, 130 in urban areas and the rest of the areas to highlight the link between Valcea administration, public and private partners. The link between these actors must obey the rules to achieve sustainable development.
